Inscribed Photograph Signed: "To John/Best of luck/Kent McCord" and "To John/Hi/Martin Milner" in blue felt tip. B/w. 8x10. Adam-12 was televised on NBC from 1968-1975. KENT McCORD (b. 1942) is best known for his starring role as LAPD officer Jim Reed on the TV series Adam-12 (1968-1975). He had made his film debut with a recurring role on Ozzie and Harriet in the previous decade, becoming a good friend of Ricky Nelson. McCord was slated to play Jack Webb's partner in a Dragnet revival, but Webb's death intervened in 1982. McCord had recurring roles on Seaquest DSV(1994-1995), and as a judge on JAG throughout its run. McCord was a real Reserve Police Officer with the LAPD, retiring as a lieutenant in 2010. MARTIN MILNER (1931-2015) is best known for his starring roles on two TV series: Tod Stiles in Route 66 (1960-1964) and Officer Pete Malloy in Adam-12 (1969-1975). His first series stint dates back to Life With Father (1947), when he was 16. Milner's starring roles in feature films included Marjorie Morningstar (1958) and Ski Fever (1969). Fine condition.
