ALEXANDER FLEMING. Typed Letter signed: "Alexander Fleming", 1p, 5½x8½. Paddington, London, W.2, England, 1951 September 11. On stationery imprinted: "The Wright-Fleming Institute of Microbiology, St. Mary's Hospital Medical School". To Mrs. E.C. Moore, Leonia, New Jersey. In full: "Thank you very much for your letter. I should have liked to have come to the States this autumn, but there now seems no likelihood. It is very nice of you to ask me to stay with you if I did come, and nothing would have pleased me better. Some day, however, I hope to see you in your home. With kindest regards to your husband and yourself."
