ARTHUR'S CABINET. Signatures: "Chas. J. Folger/Secy Treasy/Washington, D.C./Mch 6, 1883" and "Tim. O. Howe/Post Master General", 1p, 7x9. CHARLES J. FOLGER was Secretary of the Treasury (1881-1884) and TIMOTHY O. HOWE was Postmaster General (1881-1883 death) in Chester A. Arthur's cabinet. Light toning at edges, else in fine condition.
