Farrah Fawcett signs an index card in black ink.
Signature: "Farrah/Fawcett", 5x3 index card. Former model Farrah Fawcett, (1947-2009), reached stardom in the TV series Charlie's Angels (1976-1977). She made films after the show ended, including her critically acclaimed performance as a battered wife in the TV movie The Burning Bed (1984). Fine condition.
