This is not an approval sale. If any substantial defect not described at History For Sale is found by the purchaser, the item(s) must be returned within two days of receipt. Item(s) may not be returned except for reasons of authenticity or substantial defect in description (see "Condition" below for full instructions and terms). We warrant to the original purchaser for a period of ten (10) years from the date of the sale the authenticity of any autograph described at History For Sale. This warranty is limited to a refund of the purchase price upon the return of the merchandise to our parent company Gallery of History Direct in satisfactory condition. Gallery of History Direct is not liable for any other damages, including consequential damages. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY NATURE EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Authenticity: Every document at History For Sale has been authenticated and is accompanied by our Certificate of Authenticity. The Certificate is issued by our chief parent company, Gallery of History, Inc., and bears Mr. Axelrod's signature. Our Certificate of Authenticity is recognized by every major insurance carrier worldwide and we financially stand behind it. We have an outstanding reputation for the thoroughness of our research, for our business integrity and for our service to our clients.

We accept and prefer as payment, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Personal checks are accepted, but the merchandise will not be released until the funds have cleared through your account. Cashier's checks or wire transfers will allow us to release the merchandise immediately. Please call for Bank Wire transfer instructions

Payment is due within ten (10) days of placement of an order. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs. If the purchaser has not paid in full ten days after the order date, an interest charge of 1.5% per month will be charged on the outstanding balance.

Title of item(s) passes to the purchaser when payment in full has been received by the Gallery of History Direct. There will be an additional charge of 10% of the check amount for a check that is returned to us by your bank. For any item(s) which has a substantial defect or authenticity dispute, the risk of loss shall remain with the purchaser until the item(s) is returned to and received by Gallery of History Direct, which must take place within two (2) days of the receipt of the item(s) by the purchaser.

All documents are being sold unframed unless otherwise specified.
