The former OMB Director is shown in a pinstripe suit.
Photograph signed: "James T. Lynn". B/w, 7x8¼ image, 8x9¾ overall, one surface, printed on cardstock. James T. Lynn (1927-2010) served in the Nixon administration as Under Secretary of Commerce (1971-1973) and Secretary of Housing and Urban Development (1973-1975). He was Director of the Office of Management and Budget under President Ford (1975-1977), renowned for his opposition to "red tape." In 1984 he became President and CEO of Aetna life insurance company. Lightly toned. Pen skipped lightly while signing name. Otherwise in fine condition.
