Large Photograph inscribed and signed: "For Jess-/Best wishes/Lana Turner". B/w, 11x14. One of the most glamorous superstars of Hollywood's golden era, Turner (1921-1995) made her film debut in 1937's They Won't Forget. Called "The Sweater Girl", emphasizing her main qualifications at the time, she ranked among the nation's top pin-up girls. In 1957, she was nominated for an Academy Award as Best Actress in Peyton Place. Creased corners. Fine condition.
