Card signed by the Governor of North Carolina and Secretary of Commerce under two Presidents
Signature: "Luther H. Hodges" in blue ink. Pencil notations at bottom left corner and on verso in unknown hand. 5x3 ruled card. Governor of North Carolina from 1954 to 1961, Hodges (1898-1974) served as Secretary of Commerce under Presidents John F. Kennedy and Lyndon Baines Johnson from 1961 to 1965. Lightly toned. Random ink stains. Adhesive residue near top edge (does not touch signature). Otherwise, fine condition.
