Printed Biography inscribed and signed in ink: "To Adam,/Keep your head on a swivel./Raymond M. Bank". B/w, 11x8½. U.S. Army Air Force ace Raymond M. Bank (b. 1924) had five "kills" while serving with the 357th Fighter Group during World War II. Bank became a POW on March 21, 1945, but returned to flight duty after being freed by Patton's army. Recalled to duty during the Korean War, he remained in the Air Force until 1970, serving with the Strategic Air Command and flying transport aircraft in Vietnam. Lightly worn. Otherwise, fine condition.
