NARVEL FELTS
1970s Hit maker signs, "Dream the impossible dream" on this publicity photo.
Printed photograph signed in ink: "Dream the/impossible dream,/it could come true!/Narvel/Felts/Dec. 7 1999". B/w, 8x10. Caption in lower margin. Singer/songwriter Navel Felts (b.1938) had his biggest hits in the 1970s, including "Reconsider Me" and "Run for the Roses." From the 1980s, he moved from country to gospel music. For a time his backup band was Wild Country, which later became the supergroup Alabama. Lightly creased. Slightly soiled in lower margin. Two pinholes at top center. Otherwise, fine condition.
