"Bob and/Elizabeth Dole" by Elizabeth Dole (on the "O") and "Bob Dole" (on the "L"), 7½x4¼. Bob Dole represented Kansas in the U.S. Senate from 1969-1996, serving as Republican Majority (1985-1987, 1995-1996) and Minority (1987-1995) Leader. He was the unsuccessful Republican candidate for Vice President (1976) and President (1996). His wife, ELIZABETH DOLE, was Reagan's Secretary of Transportation (1983-1987) and Bush's Secretary of Labor (1989-1990). She has represented North Carolina in the U.S. Senate since 2003. Bob Dole's signature slightly smudged and beaded. Fine condition.
