BLOUNT INTERNATIONAL: WINTON BLOUNT. Photograph signed: "Best wishes, Winton M. Blount". B/w, 8x10 overall, image 7x7 (one surface). Blount (1921-2002) was the founder and CEO of the international contracting giant, Blount International. He was also Postmaster General (1969-1971) under President Nixon, transforming the U.S. Post Office Department into the U.S. Postal Service. Autograph sentiment slightly smudged. Otherwise, fine condition.
