Lyles (1918-2013), a long-time executive at Paramount Pictures, produced a number of
feature films, made-for-TV movies and the TV series Here's Boomer (1980-1982). His
feature films include Short Cut to Hell (1957, his debut film), The Young and The Brave
(1963), Johnny Reno (1966) and Night of the Lepus (1972). He produced the television
movies The Last Day (1975) and Flight to Holocaust (1977). Lyles, who made his only
cameo appearance in The Hunt for Red October (1990), was a Hollywood liaison during the
Reagan and Bush administrations. He received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in
1988. Fine condition.
