JOHN R. OTTINA (1932-2008) was U. S. Commissioner of Education (1973-1974) and assistant secretary of administration and management in the Department of Health, Education and Welfare. ABE RIBICOFF (1910-1998), Connecticut's Congressman (1949-1953), Governor (1955-1961) and Senator (1963-1981), was also President John F. Kennedy's Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare (1961-1962). Lightly toned and creased. Staple holes in top left corner. Folded twice and unfolded. Otherwise in fine condition.
