Basketball signed "A/Adrian Dantley/H.O.F./2008". 7¾-inch diameter basketball. Wilson Indoor-Outdoor NCAA Asphalt Avenger. Dantley, born Adrian Delano Dantley in Washington, D. C. in 1956, was a forward at Notre Dame from 1973 to 1976, where he earned a place on the NCAA All-American First Team for 1974-1975 and 1975-1976. He went pro in 1976 and was named Rookie of the Year with the Buffalo Braves. Despite this honor, he was traded to Indiana the next season and bounced around seven teams, spending seven seasons with the Utah Jazz, until his retirement in 1991. A six-time All-Star and a strong player on the offensive, Dantley placed in the Top 10 in numerous statistics throughout his career and led the NBA in successful field goals (1980-1981), successful free throws (1977-1978, 1980-1981, 1981-1982, 1983-1984 and 1985-1986), total points (1980-1981 and 1983-1984) and points per game (1980-1981 and 1983-1984). He was inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame in 2008. Fine condition.
