Actress Adrienne Barbeau (b. 1945) began her entertainment career on
Broadway, performing in two long-running shows: Fiddler on the Roof
(1964-1972) and Grease (1972-1980). The shows ran for over 6,500
performances over those 16 years. In the latter musical she played Betty Rizzo,
who has a pregnancy scare. For this performance, she received a Tony Award
nomination. The same year Grease made its debut, she made her screen debut on
the television show Maude (1972-1978). Other notable roles include Escape
from New York (1981) and The Fog (1980). In her longest-running television
role since Maude, Barbeau portrayed Suzanne Stanwyck on the television
soap General Hospital from 2010 to 2011. More recently, she's shifted towards
voice roles in television shows and video games, including Halo 4 (2012) and
