James "Al" Pacino (b. 1940) is an American actor who has also worked as a screenwriter
and filmmaker. He is considered by audiences and many commentators to be one of the
greatest actors of all time. His career has spanned more than fifty years, during which time he
received many competitive and honorary accolades, such as an Academy Award, two Tony
Awards, two Primetime Emmy Awards, four Golden Globe Awards, and the National
Medal of Arts. Interestingly, Pacino is also one of the few performers to have won a
competitive Oscar, an Emmy, and a Tony Award, dubbed the "Triple Crown of Acting".
Some of his most famous films are Scent of a Woman (1992), The Godfather(1972), Dick
Tracy (1990), Glengarry Glen Ross(1992), Serpico(1973), The Godfather: Part II(1974), and Dog Day Afternoon (1975). Black mark along top edge near upper right-hand
