Signed, typed letter on his personal letterhead
Typed Letter signed: "Alan Charles Beckwith", 1 page, 8½x11. Studio City, California, 1984 July 5. On personal letterhead to Todd Axelrod, Las Vegas, Nevada. In full: "Received your letter from my secretary on your request for original material that can be used for presentation at the museum. I will be more than happy to forward any appropriate items of interest that I have. Any further information and correspondence, may be sent either to the above address, or c/o George Michaud Agency, 10113 Riverside Dr. Toluca Lake, California, 91602. Thank you and much success. I remain, Respectfully". In December 1972, Alan Beckwith became at age 20 the youngest commissioned officer in the Marine Corps and underwent flight training, but was honorably discharged when the Vietnam War ended. His performance in a Los Angeles stage production earned him movie roles, including The Lindbergh Kidnapping Case (1976), The China Syndrome (1979) and UFOria (1985); and in several TV episodes. He was an un-credited stand-in for Christopher Walken in The Dogs of War (1980). Fold creases not near signature. Lightly creased at corners. Otherwise, fine condition.
