Alan Bergman (b. 1925), usually working with his wife, Marilyn Bergman, is an American composer and lyricist noted for stage, film and television music. In 1983, the couple notched a record 3 out of 5 Oscar nominations for best song. Their hit songs include "The Windmills of Your Mind," "You Don't Bring Me Flowers," "Yellow Bird" and "What Are You Doing with the Rest of Your Life?" They wrote the score for Yentl, the lyrics for The Way We Were and the TV themes for The Sandy Duncan Show, Maude and Good Times. In the Songwriters Hall of Fame since 1980, Alan Bergman released his first record in 2007, Lyrically, Alan Bergman, singing selections from the couples own songs. Fine condition.
