Autograph Letter signed: "Alet", 1 page, 8½x11. No place, 1997 March 30. To "Dear Stephen", in full: "Of course you can have my autograph, although I wish it was a more impressive signature. Thank you for your request and your very complimentary letter. I'm pleased you like the CD (as it's my first). How wonderful to be a part of that special recording. Thank you again for your letter. Sincerely". Singer and actress Alet Taylor, who has signed here with her maiden name of Oury, is a veteran of Los Angeles area stages, where she has performed in both revivals (such as Miss Adelaide in Guys and Dolls) and new works, including Respect: a Musical Journey for Women (2008). She was part of the first national tour of The Producers. She teaches Musical Theatre at The American Musical and Dramatic Academy, Los Angeles. She can be heard on 13 record albums to date, mostly compilations of show tunes. Taylor's first album was in an ensemble recording, The Musical Adventures of Peter Pan, on which she sang "I've Gotta Crow". She is married to stage actor Andy Taylor. Lightly creased. Otherwise, fine condition.
