Photograph signed: "25/Amos Otis". Color, 8x10. Amos Otis
starred as an outfielder from 1970-1983. Otis, who had played for the New
York Mets in 1967 and 1969, was named Royals' Player of the Year
three times and won three Gold Gloves (1971, 1973, 1974), was named
All-Star in 1970, 1971, 1972, 1973 and 1976 and collected his 2,000th
career hit (August 23, 1983) with the Royals. Nicknamed "A-O", Otis led
the league in doubles (1970, 1976) and stolen bases (1971) and played
in six World Series games (1980), racking up a series-leading 11
hits. He finished his major league career with the Pittsburgh Pirates
