Printed Card signed in ink: "Andy 'Apple' Lapihuska", 5x3 card with
printed baseball icons. Andy Lapihuska (1922-1996) was in the Major Leagues long
enough for the proverbial cup of coffee, appearing in four games for the
Philadelphia Philles (1942-1943), losing two of them. He then joined the US Army
for the duration of World War II and played one more season in the minor
leagues. Ink note on verso (unknown hand) shows through lightly. Otherwise, fine
condition.
