Color publicity photograph of an older Angie Dickinson wearing a white fur coat.
Photograph inscribed and signed: "To Chuck/Love & Kisses/Angie/Dickinson/March -/1995". Color, 8x10. In the year she signed this photograph, Dickinson appeared in two feature films, The Maddening and Sabrina. Angie Dickinson, born in 1931, acted in a few "B" Westerns before making her way to film's A-list after being cast by Howard Hawks in Rio Bravo (1959). Her big screen credits include Point Blank (1967) and Dressed to Kill (1980), and Dickinson made a number of made-for-TV movies. She is perhaps best remembered for her role as Sergeant Suzanne "Pepper" Anderson in the TV series Police Woman (1974-1978), for which she won a 1974 Golden Globe and was nominated in 1975, 1976 and 1977. Dickinson, who once had her legs insured by Lloyds of London for publicity purposes, was married to composer Burt Bacharach from 1965-1980. Slightly creased at lower left blank corner. Minor surface creases (not evident head on) at hair. Ink note (unknown hand) on verso (no show through). Fine condition.
