ARSENIC AND OLD LACE PLAY CAST: ANGIE ADAMS, ERICH VON STROHEIM JR., LAURA HOPE CREWS, JACK WHITING, HERBERT RANSON, FORREST ORR and HENRY SHARP
Cast members sign playbill for their Hartford, Connecticut performance
Show Bill signed: "Angie Adams" (Elaine Harper), "Erich von Stroheim" (Jonathan Brewster), "Laura Hope Crews" (Abby Brewster), "Jack Whiting" (Mortimer Brewster), "Herbert Ranson" (The Reverend Dr. Harper), "Forrest/ Orr" (Teddy Brewster) and "Henry Sharp" (Dr. Einstein). In this play by Joseph Kesselring, the two charming and elderly Brewster sisters are poisoning lonely old men who have some sort of religious affiliation and consider doing it a charity, with their nephew burying them in the cellar. His brother learns that his kindly old aunts and his sinister brother are all serial killers, and tries to sort it out fast so he can go on his honeymoon. The entire action of the play takes place in the living room of the Brewster home in Brooklyn. Very toned. Worn and soiled throughout. Small puncture in top margin. Stained throughout. Corners rounded. Otherwise, fine condition.
