Dr. Arthur G. Sullivan of Madison, Wisconsin was the Managing Director of the
association, which had been founded in 1916 for the purpose of extending medical
knowledge, elevating the standards of medical education and promoting fellowship
among physicians. Based in Madison, Wisconsin, it is among the oldest
continuous medical teaching assemblies in North America. Lightly soiled at lower
blank right margin, pinhead-size stain at upper left blank margin to left of
