In full: "Long afterward, many would remember those two day in the first week of October with vividness and anguish." This sentence is the first line in Hailey's 1975 book The Money Changers. Best-selling English-born author Hailey (1920-2004), who began his writing career with scripts for early TV anthologies, sold over 170 million copies of his books in 40 languages. His works, many of which were made into feature films, include Hotel (1965), Airport (1968), Wheels (1971) and The Money Changers (1975). Lightly creased. Folded in half and unfolded.
