BANG, BANG, YOU'RE DEAD MOVIE CAST
The co-stars are shown at the moment they're about to kiss in this still from the 1966 film
Printed Photograph signed in Ink: "Tony/Randall" and "Senta Berger", both in blue felt tip, b/w, 10x8. Captioned still for the film Bang, Bang, You're Dead (1966). Austrian-born actress SENTA BERGER (b. 1941) made several American films in the 1960s (The Poppy is Also a Flower, Cast a Giant Shadow, The Quiller Memorandum), and a few in later years (Cross of Iron, 1977), but she is much better known in Europe, where she has starred in many German-and Italian-language films and - in recent years - German TV series. She has been married since 1966 to German director/producer Michael Verhoeven, and formed the production company Sentana with him. Since 2003, Berger has been President of the German Film Academy, and she has sat on many international film juries. Her 2006 autobiography sold briskly. Best remembered for his role as Felix Unger in the TV version of The Odd Couple, TONY RANDALL (1920-2004, born Arthur Leonard Rosenberg in Tulsa, Oklahoma)was an accomplished radio and stage actor from the late 1940s. Beginning in the late 1950s, he starred in successful film comedies, including Will Success Spoil Rock Hunter (1957), Pillow Talk (1959) and Lover Come Back (1961). His other TV series included The Tony Randall Show (1976) and the Emmy Award-winning Dear Sydney (1981-1982). Sometimes in trouble with the networks for his outspoken politics, Randall was also in demand for quiz shows because of his encyclopedic knowledge of trivia. Slightly worn at corners. Otherwise, fine condition.
