Montage of three action photographs, b/w, 5½x4¼ and 2½x6 at upper portion and 8½x5 at lower portion of front and 8½x7 on verso, which has imprinted text regarding the 1962 championship game and a pass dropped by Kyle Rote. Starr and Taylor have signed on their photographs and Hanner has signed at the blank area between the photographs on page 20, Thurston has signed beneath the action photograph on page 19. In 1962, the Packers, under the leadership of coach Vince Lombardi, had a 13-1-0 record (.929) and defeated the New York Giants 16-7 in New York to capture the league championship for the second straight year.BART STARR, who quarterbacked the Packers from 1956-1971, led the team to five NFL titles and two Super Bowl victories. He was the National Football League's MVP in 1966 and MVP of Super Bowls I and II (1966, 1967). Starr was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1977. JIM TAYLOR (#31), who played for the Packers from 1958-1966, had a record 19 TDs in 1962. Taylor, who rushed for 8,597 yards, caught 225 passes, amassed 10,538 combined net yards and scored 558 points during his career, was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1976. FRED "FUZZY" THURSTON (#63) played Guard for the Packers from 1959-1967 and is a member of the Packers Hall of Fame. He currently owns Fuzzy's 63 Bar & Grill and Fuzzy's Tickets and Tours, which provides tickets and travel packages for Packers fans. DAVE "DAWG" HANNER, who wore the #59 jersey, played defensive tackle for the Packers from 1952-1964. A former guard for the Razorbacks of the University of Arkansas, Hanner was named to the school's 1950-1959 All-Decade Team. Lightly creased. Irregular right edge from removal from bound book.
