Autograph letter signed: "Bill" as U.S. Senator,
6¼x4½ imprinted card. Washington, D.C., no date, but circa 1990.
On his personal embossed U.S. Senate stationery to "Pat" (Senator
Daniel Patrick Moynihan). In full: "Thank (sic) for sending me the
copy of The Law of Nations. As always - insightful, thoughtful, worth
reading - It's a pleasure & an enjoyment to serve with you." Senator
Moynihan's book, On the Law of Nations, a commentary on international
law, was published by Harvard University Press in 1990. BILL BRADLEY,
a Princeton graduate and Rhodes Scholar, captained the gold-medal U.S.
basketball team at the 1964 Olympics. As a pro basketball player with the
New York Knicks (1967-1977), Bradley earned the nickname "Dollar Bill"
for his clutch shooting. A three-term U.S. Senator from New Jersey
(1979-1997), Bradley sought the Democratic nomination for President in 2000.

numbers written in ink (unknown hand) and faintly stamped at upper margin. Fine
condition.
