Flight Research Center Edwards, California. As a research pilot, Bill
Dana (1930-2014) was involved in some of the most significant aeronautical
programs carried out at NASA's Dryden Flight Research Center, Edwards, CA. He
was the last to fly the X-15. For his service as a flight research pilot, he
received NASA's Distinguished Service Medal in 1997. He served as Chief Engineer
at Dryden from 1993 until 1998. Adhesive residue at upper left margin. Lightly
creased and toned at edges. Corners lightly worn. Adhesive residue on left
margin. Edges slightly creased. Otherwise, fine condition.
