Document signed "Bill St John" in blue ink. Blue ink notations in unknown hand. 2 pages, 6x8¾, 1 sheet, front and verso. With 6½x3¼ initiation fee receipt carbon copy with perforated left edge stapled at top edge. Sept. 28, 1960. Membership form for the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists. According to this form, St. John was scheduled to appear in a 1960 episode of The Red Skelton Show. St. John appeared as Jim Culpepper in the Wagon Train episode The Jess MacAbbee Story (1959), as Bill in the Vacation Playhouse episode Mickey and the Contessa (1963) and as Mike Brennan in the TV movie Mickey and the Contessa (1963). Lightly toned and creased. Signature touches notations. Receipt has light tear in bottom right corner and carbon copy marks and was folded once and unfolded. Otherwise in fine condition.
