Bing Crosby writes to Roncom Productions Inc. to rebroadcast his
appearance within 60 days of the original broadcast.

To Roncom Productions, Inc., New York, N.Y. In part: "With respect to our
Agreement concerning my appearance on the Perry Como Kraft Music Hall program of
March 16, 1960, this is to acknowledge that...I hereby grant to you the option
to broadcast or authorize the broadcast of recordings of the program containing
my said appearance one (1) time in each city outside the United States, its
territories and possessions, and Canada...in the event you exercise your said
option, I shall receive...an amount equal to seven and one-half (7-1/2%) of my
fee...." Perry Como hosted the Kraft Music Hall from 1959-1963.
Crosby's contract was with Como's production company, Roncom. While still a
teenager in Canonsburg, Pa., Perry Como (1912-2001) had his own barbershop. He
enjoyed singing and would often entertain his customers imitating Bing Crosby
who later called him "the man who invented casual". After Crosby died in 1977,
Como included a tribute to him during his live tours. Staple holes at upper
