BO DIDDLEY Signed publicity photo for the film Let the Good Times Roll Photograph signed: "Bo Diddley/1983/Rock on". Color 10x8. Captioned photo promoting the 1973 documentary film Let the Good Times Roll. Bo Diddley, born Ellas Otha Bates McDaniel (1928-2008), pioneered the rock rhythm that influenced rock and rollers from Buddy Holly to the Rolling Stones. Known for what he calls "that freight train sound", played on his trademark square guitars, Diddley scored hits including "Bo Diddley", "I'm a Man", "Mona" and "You Can't Judge a Book By Its Cover". Audiences for Let the Good Times Roll observed that the classic rock stars featured sounded just as good in their 1970s performances as in those from the 1950s. Toned and soiled. Corners creased. Mounting residue on verso. Stained along lower edge. Otherwise fine condition. Previously authenticated by JSA.
