Blue ink notations in unknown hand. 2 pages, 6x8¾, 1 sheet, front and verso. With 6½x3¼ initiation fee receipt carbon copy with perforated left edge stapled at top edge. Membership form for the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists. Bob Bryant had acting credits in six movies and TV shows between 1949 and 1963. He was also a stuntman on Pirates of Monterey (1947), The Fighting Kentuckian (1949) and The Alligator People (1959). Lightly toned and creased. Red ink stains (do not touch signature). Receipt has carbon copy marks and was folded once and unfolded. Otherwise in fine condition.
