BOB COUSY. Philatelic Envelope signed: "Bob Cousy", 6½x3½. First day cover honoring James Naismith, inventor of the game of basketball, 4-cent stamp affixed, pictorially postmarked at the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, Mass., November 6, 1961 FIRST DAY OF ISSUE. Cousy joined the Celtics in 1950. With the addition of fellow Hall of Famer Bill Russell in 1956, the Boston Celtics became a dynasty, winning six championships with the combination of Cousy and Russell. Fine condition.
