Newspaper photograph signed: "Bob/Murdoch", in blue felt tip. Sepia, 3¼x5½ attached to
cardstock of similar size (2 surfaces). Bob Murdoch (1946-2023) is a retired NHL defenseman
who played 12 seasons with the Montreal Canadiens, Los Angeles Kings, Atlanta Flames
and the Calgary Flames between 1970 and 1982. He is the winner of the 1971 and 1973
Stanley Cup Championships with the Montreal Canadiens. Also a 1975 NHL All-Star,
Murdoch finished his NHL career with a record of 278 point in 757 games. After retirement,
Murdoch coached the Chicago Blackhawks, the Winnipeg Jets, and for several teams in
German leagues. Toned. Ink note (unknown hand) on verso. Otherwise, fine condition.
