(5x7)
Inscribed Photograph signed: "To Christine/Bobby/Bare/92",
Color, 5x7. Bobby Bare (born Robert Joseph Bare in 1935), a country
singer/songwriter, who would join Mel Tillis in a group, The Old Dogs, much
later in both careers (1998), reached #6 on the Billboard Country Singles chart
and #16 on the Hot 100 chart with "Detroit City". He went on to record 50
more charting country hits over the next two decades. Some of his best
remembered hits were novelty songs like "Drop Kick Me, Jesus," so far the only
Christian football waltz. Fine condition.
