Brown", "Dick Newsome", "Joe Dobson", "Pete Fox", "Tex Hughson", "Skeeter
Newsome", "Bill Butland"and"Oscar Judd"; signed on verso
by actress Angie Adams. Lightly soiled. Pencil notes (unknown hand) on front
and verso, not touching signatures. Stray ink marks on verso, not touching
signature. Fine condition. (2)
Signatures(s): "Ken Chase", "Johnny Pesky", "Tom Carey", "P.
Campbell", "D. DiMaggio" and "Bob Doerr". All 14 played for
the 1942 Boston Red Sox. Uneven top edge where page has been torn from book.
Lightly soiled at edges. Pencil notes (unknown hand) not touching signatures.
Ink lightly smudged at "n" and "P" in Johnny Pesky signature and first "D" of
Dom DiMaggio's signature. Fine condition. TED HUGHSON, BOB DOERR and
DOM DiMAGGIO made the 1942 All Star team. JOHNNY PESKY led the
team with 205 hits. Boston finished in second place in the American League with
a 93-59 record, nine games behind the Yankees. Two
