Document signed "Brad Harris" in black ink. Black and blue ink notations in unknown hand. 2 pages, 6½x9¼, 1 sheet, front and verso. With 6½x3½ initiation fee receipt carbon copy with perforated left edge stapled at top edge. 1965 October3. Membership form for the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists. American actor/stuntman Brad Harris (b. 1933) was born in Idaho and attended UCLA on an athletic scholarship. He began his career in Monkey on By Back (1957) and then traveled to Europe for the production of Spartacus where he was an uncredited Gladiator (1960). After working in some 50 plus films, Harris returned to the US and transitioned to television, appearing in The Incredible Hulk (1982), Dallas (1984-1989), Falcon Crest (1984-1989) and Hunter (1989-1990). His most recent film was Boom (1999). Harris is a member of the Stuntman's Hall of Fame. Form is lightly creased. Receipt is creased and has carbon copy marks. Otherwise in fine condition.
