Inscribed photograph signed: "To David/ Brad Rheingans" in blue ink. B/w, 8x10. Brad Rheingans (b. 1953) is a former professional and Greco-Roman wrestler. Rheingans came to national prominence when he was a NCAA champion in 1975 for North Dakota State University, later wrestling in the 1976 Olympics where he placed fourth. He qualified for the Olympic team in 1980, but was unable to compete due to the United States boycott. Rheingans next entered professional wrestling with the Verne Gagne's American Wrestling Association in 1983 and competed till the organization folded in 1991, after which he briefly appeared in the World Wrestling Federation in 1986 and in New Japan Pro Wrestling from 1989-1991. He currently works as a coach and trainer. Slightly stain in right margin. Corners creased. Ink slightly smeared. Otherwise, fine condition.
