Newspaper photograph signed: "Brent/Peterson" in blue felt. 5¾x6½. Brent Peterson (b. 1958) is a retired NHL player, playing for 12 seasons with the Detroit Red Wings (1978-1982), Buffalo Sabres (1982-1985), Vancouver Canucks (1985-1987), and the Hartford Whalers (1987-1989). In total, he played 620 career games, scoring 72 goals and 141 assists. After retiring from playing, Peterson began coaching, starting as an assistant coach for the Whalers. Afterwards, he went on to coach junior league teams, until returning to the NHL to coach the Nashville Predators. He remained as associate coach for the Predators until 2011, when he retired due to health reasons. Lightly toned. Edges irregular. Otherwise, fine condition.
