Document signed: "Bruce Hoy" in blue ink. Blue and red ink notations in unknown hand. 2 pages, 6½x8½, 1 sheet, front and verso. With 6½x3¼ initiation fee receipt no. 277000 carbon copy with perforated left edge stapled at top edge. October 9, 1957. Membership form for the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists as an actor, singer and dancer. BRUCE HOY had a varied career with his first credit as a dancer on stage in Silk Stockings (1955-1956). As an actor he had a minor role in Funny Face (1957), a dancer in "Debut" on Westinghouse Desilu Playouse (1958) and a few other small parts and was an assistant choreographer for Startime - Meet Cyd Charisse (1959). Hoy was Knock-Knock on The Skatebirds (1977-1978) the Hanna-Barbera production on CBS. Lightly creased and toned at corners and edges. Receipt has fold crease at top edge and carbon copy marks. Otherwise in fine condition.
