Bruce Landon (b.1949) is a retired WHA goalie who played five seasons with the New England Whalers between 1972 and 1977 before suffering a career ending knee injury during the 1976-77 season. Landon played the majority of his career as a backup goalie, playing 122 games with 2515 saves. After his retirement, Landon became the president and general manager of the Springfield Falcons of the American Hockey League, a position he's held since 1994. Before he was named the Springfield Falcons president, Landon also was the executive and broadcaster for the Springfield Indians, winning the AHL's Ken McKenzie Award in 1979 and the James C. Hendy Memorial Award in 1981. Edges lightly worn. Toned. Otherwise, fine condition.
