in blue ink. 3¼x4 ruled card. Canadian ice hockey Trottier, born in
1956, played in the NHL from 1975 to 1992 and during the 1993-1994 season,
mostly with the New York Islanders, and was inducted into the Hockey Hall of
Fame in 1997.He was part of an Islander team that won the Stanley Cup four
consecutive times (1979-1980 to 1982-1983) and made it to the post-season all
but once during his stay there. He was also part of two Stanley Cup-winning
teams with the Pittsburgh Penguins (1990-1991 and 1991-1992). Winner of the
1975-1976 Calder Memorial Award and an eight-time All Star (1976, 1978,
1980, 1982, 1983, 1985, 1986 and 1992), Trottier placed in the NHL Top 10
numerous times for goals, goals per game, assists, assists per game and game
winning goals. He was also the NHL's top producer of assists and
assists per game twice (1977-1978 and 1978-1979). After retiring from
play, he was head coach of the Pittsburgh Penguins for part of the 2002-2003 and
assistant coach on a number of other NHL teams. Lightly toned, soiled and
