Photograph signed "Byron/Webster". Black ink and pencil notations on verso in unknown hand. B/w, 10x8¼ overall, 9¼x6½ image, one surface. According to the notations on verso, Webster is shown here "With a Former 'Miss Sweden'" in The Killing of Sister George (1968). Movie still from That Man Bolt (1973). Webster (1931-1991, born in London, England) was a stage and film actor. He made his film debut with an uncredited role in Captain Horatio Hornblower, R. N (1951), but then spent the next 15 years on the American stage, including roles in the original Broadway productions of Camelot as a replacement (1960-1963) and On a Clear Day You Can See Forever (1965-1966); he had a total of five appearances on Broadway throughout his career. He then returned to movies and TV, with a total of almost 60 movie and TV shows to his credit. Lightly toned, cracked, creased and bowed. Light impressions on image (not visible head-on). Otherwise in fine condition.
