Williams (b. 1942) made two Vietnam deployments (330 combat missions) aboard the carrier Enterprise. Williams flew in space twice: as pilot of Discovery on mission STS-51D (1985) and as spacecraft commander of Atlantis on STS-34 (1989), logging over 287 hours in space. After retiring from NASA and the Navy in 1990, Williams became a Division Manager with Science Applications International. Some printing defects (lightly effecting signature). Ink lightly bled through to verso. Otherwise, fine condition.
