Greene, a Colonel in the U.S. Army Air Corps, received the Collier Air Award for developing and building the first successful pressure-cabin airplane (1934). He also designed an amphibious flying boat that accommodated 150 passengers in its wings. A scarce autograph. Cancellation holes at signature, bank cut cancellation nicks the upper loop of the "C" in Cash. Light vertical fold. Receipt stamp at upper left. Overall, fine condition.
