Singer, songwriter and composer Carol Connors has been nominated for two Academy Awards, five Emmy Awards, two Golden Globes and a Grammy Award for her songs. The co-writer of the theme song from Rocky, Connors began her career as the lead singer of the Teddy Bears, who had a huge hit with Phil Spector's song, "To Know Him is To Love Him", which went gold. Since that time, she has appeared before audiences at the White House, State ceremonies, football stadiums and basketball games (she frequently performs the National Anthem at games at the Los Angeles Forum). Also the co-writer of the hot rod song, "Hey Little Cobra", Connors has written songs for films and television series, including the theme song for Robin Leach's Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous and Star Search. In addition, she has written themes for entire nations (Jamaica, Singapore and Malaysia), has appeared in several feature films and is well known for her many charitable works. Fine condition.
