Carolyn Jones (1919-1983) is perhaps best known for her role as macabre matriarch Morticia Addams on The Addams Family, which was televised on ABC from 1964-1966. She had received an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress in 1957 for her five-minute appearance in The Bachelor Party and was the memorable bongo-playing girlfriend of Frank Sinatra in Frank Capra's A Hole in the Head (1959). Jones, who also appeared in a number of made-for-TV movies, including an Addams Family reunion film, died of cancer in 1983 at the age of 54. Carolyn Jones appeared in High Spirits at the Valley Music Theatre, Woodland Hills, California, in August 1966. Staple holes and paperclip impression in upper left corner. Otherwise, fine condition.
