one of her beautiful sequined United States flags and framed
Collection Comprises: 1) Ephemera unsigned, a 16½x10½ U.S. flag made of
sequins sewn together. Slightly crooked in frame. Tape showing. 2) Autograph
Letter Signed, “Carrie H. Sanchez”. 8½x11. One page. Reads in part: “I have
been very honored to have had/ the opportunity to hand sew the American Flag
from sequins and beads for five presidents of the United States beginning with Mr.
John F. Kennedy; Lyndon B. Johnson; Richard M. Nixon; Gerald R. Ford; James
Earl Carter; also recipients of the American Flag include Governor John B Connelly;
Jack Binion; Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States; Kenneth Olsen; and
Todd Michael Axelrod”. Crooked in frame. Lightly toned. Otherwise, fine
condition. Signer merits further research. Two Items. Framed in the Gallery
of History style: 27½x33½.
